My signature step-by-step self-care and time management group program that helps you get out of your own head, prioritize tasks, and be consistent with small routines.
I created this program with the understanding that women (especially Black women) constantly receive contradictory interpersonal and media messages that make us chase toxic productivity and “balance”. That’s why this program is called Beyond Productivity™. Beyond Productivity™ shifts the focus of time management from productivity to creating more time for self-care and your biggest aspirations.
You can expect the program to take about 2-3 hours per week. The video lessons are direct and to the point and are 30 minutes or less. The worksheets and mini workbooks will generally take about 1-2 hours to finish. Group coaching sessions are 90 minutes each week and held over Zoom.
Yes! Most of my clients worked full time and all have families, just like me!
Beyond Productivity™ is a group coaching program, so as your coach, you can see me as an accountability partner. We will meet virtually twice a month to see how you are implementing the lessons, troubleshoot issues, and I’ll share strategies to help you get the most out the program. I also followed up with past clients, and they are sticking with the routines and strategies they learned in the program a year and two years later in some cases!
Also, I will be teaching and coaching you on time management strategies that have helped me earn a PhD while married with small children and starting my own online platform. These strategies have also helped my clients make the time and space to write books, start new businesses, and enjoy more time with their families. It’s been amazing to see their transformations, and I’d love to work with you if we decide that the program is a good fit for you!
Anyone seeking help with trauma or mental health conditions. This program is NOT therapy or a substitute for therapy. I am not a trained therapist or a physician. I have a PhD in Communication from UNC Chapel Hill. This program can be used in conjunction WITH therapy and can be an additional form of support.
